YOU + CHANGE is an initiative started by Lucas Thieme, a 24 years old medical student from Germany and Soft-Skill-Trainer. He offers the three core components of Y+C, Training, Coaching and moderation. As he met other trainers and coaches during his practice, they joined YOU+CHANGE and are also available to assist in accomplishing the vision and mission of Y+C.

Coming from an NGO background, we have work experience with different organisations and backgrounds.
